We are all energy - everything around us is made up of energy. Even Einstein knew this many years ago and his scientific prinicples have been accepted and built upon ever since. At Hygeia Energy Healing we believe totally in this energy and our ability to harness and use it to make us feel more positive, more happy and more fulfilled.

The energy is all around us, it is limitless and it is there for us to command and use in any positive way we wish to realise our hopes and dreams. So just 'be very careful what you wish for'!!

The energy has always been there and it is there for us to follow our thoughts, our focus, and grant to us that which we most desire. If we focus on what we don't want then the energy will just grant us more of the same. So if you focus on what is worrying you right now, what is making you miserable, upset, defeated, the energy has no real way of differentiating between those wishes and the wishes, dreams and desires that we really want. It will obey us and send us more of what we focus on because it has no way of knowing what is positive and what is negative!

We want to show you in practical terms how to harness that all powerful and all indulgent energy. We want to show you how it is possible to realise your hopes and dreams. We make no claims that it is going to be easy, it means a complete life change and, more importantly, a training of the mind to change as well. But it can be done and we use, to help us, meditation, visualisation and two of the gentlest and simplest techniques to help you do that. We use that energy, with a lot of help from the techniques adopted by Reiki and EFT to show you how to live your life to the full, to realise your highest dreams and aspirations and to give you relief from the pain of serious diseases.

We specialise in the treatment of phobias and seemingly inexplicable fears, plus addictions such as smoking or alcohol and the problem of weight loss (or lack of weight loss!). Specific pain problems associated with, in particular, Cancer and Arthritis, can also be addressed and we will help you towards a more positive attitude and clarity of thought. We use these techniques to help us harness that energy.

The great majority of us experience 'lives of quiet desparation'. There are so many pressures on us to earn more, to have more, to do more, we're almost not allowed to be satisfied with what we already have. The gentle, self healing energy all around us can take that pressure away, give us a clarity of thought we lost with our childhood, get rid of painful memories we imagined we had dealt with many years ago, but still unknowingly, carry with us. The memories that are just waiting to erupt and send us off balance, making us wonder what is wrong and why are we behaving in this way, when we, allegedly, have everything we could want! We want to share with you the ability to harness that energy and it can be done by anybody.

By experiencing this powerful energy field, we can begin to see how everything is possible, how much calmer life can be and how much stronger we can be as individuals. It can give you the strength and purpose you need to deal with a hectic life style and to remain in a state of perspective and awareness. It will help you to reach your goals and realise your dreams!

One of the most sensible and beautiful benefits of energy work is the ability to use these techniques on yourself. With a little instruction from us the sky is the limit and it is all down to you and your beliefs as to what you get out of it and how you use it. We run the workshops regularly and also offer one on one consultations to show you how to use the energy and to help you specifically with pain and emotional freedom from any stress that you may be experiencing at the moment. Take a look on our workshops page for more details on times and dates.

Our Reiki workshops are held in Woking very regularly. We teach Reiki I covering the history and beginnings of Reiki, how it works, the art of self treatments and treating others and you will receive both a Western attunement and Japanese empowerment.

Reiki II takes you further into the teachings of Reiki, you will learn about symbols and their different energies, how these energies can be used for physical and emotional healing and how to project distant healing. We concentrate very much on intent and intuitive working and you will learn much more about the power and benefits of your own intent.

This very positive energy field can also be used on your pets and on animals in the wild. We have had some truly rewarding results with animals and it is very possible to do all energy healing from a distance. This is particularly helpful when the animal concerned is very distressed or unapproachable.

The practice itself is based in Woking, Surrey for personal consultations and advice and is easily reached from anywhere within a 20 mile radius of Woking, such as Guildford, Weybridge, Kingston, Esher, Dorking and London. Trains to and from London are frequent (as often as every ten minutes during the week). However, we do specialise in telephone consultations and would be happy to discuss this in greater detail.
