Welcome to Hygeia Energy Healing, where we combine Reiki and EFT to offer relief from pain, stress, addiction, phobias plus the power to feel better about yourself and your life.

With a combination of these two gentle yet powerful therapies, EFT and Reiki, you can change your life.

Using both Reiki and EFT we specialise in the treatment of phobias and seemingly inexplicable fears, plus addictions such as smoking or alcohol and the problem of weight loss (or lack of weight loss!). Specific pain problems can also be addressed and we will help you towards a more positive attitude and clarity of thought.

The great majority of us experience 'lives of quiet desparation'. There are so many pressures on us to earn more, to have more, to do more, we're almost not allowed to be satisfied with what we already have. The gentle, self healing energies of both Reiki and EFT can take that pressure away, give us a clarity of thought we lost with our childhood, get rid of painful memories we imagined we had dealt with many years ago, but still unknowingly, carry with us. The memories that are just waiting to erupt and send us off balance, making us wonder what is wrong and why are we behaving in this way, when we, allegedly, have everything we could want!

By experiencing both EFT and Reiki we can begin to see how everything is possible, how much calmer life can be and how much stronger we can be as individuals. Reiki and EFT can give you the strength and purpose you need to deal with a hectic life style and to remain in a state of perspective and awareness. It will help you to reach your goals and realise your dreams!

One of the most sensible and beautiful benefits of both EFT and Reiki is the ability to use both these techniques on yourself. If you only learn the basics of these truly amazing energies, you are on the pathway to a wonderful self healing process that can only benefit you and your family and friends. Our Introduction to EFT will give you the basic recipe and enable you to treat yourself and your friends for pain, stress, addictions, phobias, just about anything to which you want to apply EFT! Take a look on our workshops page for more details on times and dates. If you then want to take your training further we can go to Levels II and III. This will give you the confidence and knowledge to expand your treatments of more serious issues and even to go on to become an EFT trainer yourself.

Our Reiki workshops are held in Woking very regularly. We teach Reiki I covering the history and beginnings of Reiki, how it works, the art of self treatments and treating others and you will receive both a Western attunement and Japanese empowerment.

Reiki II takes you further into the teachings of Reiki, you will learn about symbols and their different energies, how these energies can be used for physical and emotional healing and how to project distant healing. We concentrate very much on intent and intuitive working and you will learn much more about the power and benefits of your own intent.

The wonderful energy therapies of Reiki and EFT can also be used on your pets and on animals in the wild. We have had some truly rewarding results with animals and it is very possible to use both energies from a distance. This is particularly helpful when the animal concerned is very distressed or unapproachable. Please give us a call to discuss any concerns you may have with your animals. We will be more than happy to give you advice and offer distance healing for your animals. Our workshops in both Reiki and EFT cover the subject of treating animals quite specfically.

The practice itself is based in Woking, Surrey for personal consultations and advice and is easily reached from anywhere within a 20 mile radius of Woking, such as Guildford, Weybridge, Kingston, Esher, Dorking and London.
